Historically Medline has achieved enormous success in selling medical supplies B2B. Recently they have acknowledged an untapped market that is limiting their opportunity for online sales and have started to take action to develop a strategy and the resources needed to take things B2C. 10twelve was engaged to come up with the overall experience for this new, consumer-focused ecommerce shop and help develop the content needed to fill that new site structure out. Working with their internal teams we developed a site map, designed page layouts, crafted messaging targeted at their various audiences and provided graphic help for site banners and other graphics.
