MailChimp for Shopify (free)

Tidio adds a “live chat” feature to your page, allowing customers to instantly communicate with you. You can also configure automated messages, get a list of all customers currently visiting your site, and reach out to them at any time.

LoyaltyLion (free up to 400 orders/month)

LoyaltyLion gives your store its very own loyalty program. Customers will receive points for performing activities like making purchases, signing up for emails, leaving reviews, and giving Facebook likes. These points can be used by customers to redeem rewards at your store, like discounts, free products, free shipping and more. While Shopify includes built-in product recommendations, they have limited functionality, simply recommending products from the same collection the customer is already viewing. Once a customer places an order, Printful will automatically print the item, and ship it to the customer in your packaging. You just pay Printful’s costs and keep the rest as profit.

McAfee SECURE (free, $19/month for pro)

McAfee is one of the most well known names in computer security software. And with McAfee SECURE, you can scan your site from malware, viruses, and other malicious activity, then display the McAfee SECURE trustmark on your store so that your customers know your store is safe. Having a trustmark from a name like McAfee will give that bit of extra reassurance to your customers, and give your site additional credibility.

Yotpo Reviews (free for basic features)

Yotpo is an advanced customer review platform that automatically collects reviews from customers after they have made a purchase. Their signature features is a post-purchase email (usually sent a few weeks later) that lets customers give feedback right in the email, which is then posted as a review. Yotpo also has a slew of advanced features centered around user-generated content (or UGC) and social media.

Google Shopping (free)

And while your Shopify store may come up in regular Google search results, they won’t come up in Google Shopping results – that is, unless you use the Google Shopping app. The Google Shopping app syncs your Shopify store with the Google Merchant Center, making them more visible around the web.
